Alcohol   – Kombucha Tea (contains a small amount of Alcohol)
Dairy       –
Flax Milk or Pea Protein Milk, Vegan Cheeses, and Almond Yogurt
Gluten    –  Oatmeal, Quinoa, Rice
Corn       –  Buckwheat
Nightshades –
(tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes) – Sweet Potatoes
Refined Sugar – Monk Fruit Sugar, Date Sugar, Stevia
Shellfish – Sea Weed
White Rice – Brown Rice
Eggs – Tofu Scramble
