Power Breakfast 2018

1/2 Cup ORGANIC SPROUTED QUICK OATS
1 Cup Hot Water
Heat water to boil, add oats
Simmer for 3 minutes, and let sit covered

Place in serving bowl:
1 Scoop Fermented ORGANIC PEA PROTEIN
2 Tbs. Big Tree Vanilla COCONUT SUGAR
2 Tbs. Raw Walnut
2 Tbs. White Mulberrys
Three dashes of Cinnamon
1-2 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Almond Butter
1 Tbs. Raw Honey (Optional)

Mix all together.

Serving Suggestion top with:
Vanilla Better Half Creamer

When hot cereal is done, add to bowl and stir until blended
Top with some cold Almond milk.
