Morning Smoothie 2019

1 Kiwi Fruit Sliced
1 Frozen Banana broken in 1/2 before freezing
1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
1 small Gala apple
1 Navel Orange pealed and sliced
1/2 medium Carrot
1 beet bulb section with top leaves if available

2 Kale leaves chopped

1 section of Celery stalk
1 Turmeric root knob sliced/with fresh ground black pepper on top
1 Tbs. Chia Seeds raw
1 Tbs. Flax Seeds raw

Optional: Add 2 scoops of Navitas Organics Essential Superfood Blend
If immune system is compromised: 1-2 Garlic bulb sections
If digestive support is needed: 1 section of Aloe vera branch (optional)

Fill with 1/4 cup Pea Protein (Ripple Vanilla unsweetened) Milk, plus additional water to fill line on Nutribullet Rx
